It would mean the world to us if folks stayed for the whole weekend so that we can soak up as much time as possible with you all. It's tough to get people together as we get older and we're really going to milk this situation.

 

To ensure there was enough accomodation for everyone to have the best possible time, we've added additional glamping tents.  Berry Hill has 20 permanent glamping tents onsite and we have another company (Petit Nomad) providing additional glamping tents. For the first 20, we will assign a number and Berry hill will invoice you, and for the others, you can pay directly through the link below.

When you RSVP - we will direct you to which one to book through as we need to evenly spread the numbers across both companies. glamping tents are $450 for the 2 nights.

Glamping tents can be set up as a double bed or twin singles. petit nomad also had the option to include more mattresses.

There is a toilet and shower block, a kitchen, fire pits and communal areas.
